Privacy notice
This notice explains how PT with Pubudu uses information provided through this website and the training apps.
Information you provide
Registration collects your name, email, date of birth and training goals, with optional contact details. Coaching records may include health screening, assessments, measurements, workout and meal plans, signed onboarding documents, check-ins, progress photos, assigned sessions and payment records.
How it is used
Coach Pubudu Perera uses this information to review registration requests, arrange coaching, prepare plans, track progress and manage your package. Only share health details relevant to your training.
Who handles it
Coach Pubudu Perera manages the coaching service. Firebase provides sign-in, hosting and database services. Cloudflare provides the media service. These providers may process information outside Sri Lanka. When the locations map approaches the visible part of the page, map images are requested from OpenStreetMap. Gallery video thumbnails may be requested from YouTube before you open a video. These embedded requests share connection information, including your IP address, with the provider. Contact links to WhatsApp, YouTube, Facebook and other services open their own services and privacy practices.
Your account and photos
The app limits client access to their own records and gives the trainer access needed for coaching. Uploading a private progress photo does not itself publish it on the website. Contact Coach Pubudu Perera about permission for any marketing use. Use your own device, protect your password and sign out after use.
Storage on your device
The apps use browser storage for sign-in and display preferences. The current app uses memory for coaching data rather than enabling a persistent offline database. Client sign-in persists until sign-out or access revocation. Closing a tab or browser does not sign a client out. Coach sign-in is tab-scoped and has a 20-minute idle lock. On a shared device, use Sign out when finished. Display preferences may remain.
Access, correction and removal requests
Email ptwithpubudu@gmail.com to request a copy of your information, correct it, discuss retention or request removal of your account or photos. Coach Pubudu Perera may need to verify your identity and explain any records that must be retained. Deletion is handled by request; there is no automatic delete-account button.
